What could each one pay you?

An illustration, not a forecast: a steady monthly return on the funded account, at each firm's starting split, against the fee for its cheapest account at that size. Most traders do not pass, and returns are rarely steady.

FundingPips vs Maven questions

Which is cheaper, FundingPips or Maven?

At $100K, FundingPips's cheapest account is $444 (Zero) and Maven's is $299 (Standard 3-Step), at list price before discounts. Price alone does not decide which is easier to pass: compare the targets and loss limits in the table above.

Which pays a higher profit split?

FundingPips advertises the higher maximum split: 100% against 90%. The starting split is often lower and rises with payouts or an add-on.

Which firm has been operating longer?

Both were founded in 2022.

Can traders in the United States use FundingPips or Maven?

FundingPips: yes. Maven: yes. Both firms publish a list of restricted countries, linked from their profile pages here.

Do FundingPips and Maven allow news trading?

FundingPips: allowed with limits (Holding through news is allowed in evaluations, but deliberately trading the spike closes the account. On Master accounts, profit from trades opened or closed within 5 minutes of red-folder news on the affected currency is removed unless the trade was opened 5 or more hours earlier. On Zero, any trade activity within 10 minutes of such news is a hard breach). Maven: allowed with limits (On Standard 1-, 2- and 3-step accounts, trades on affected instruments may not be opened or closed from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after red-folder releases. This is a breach in the challenge, and profits are excluded on the funded account. Omo funded accounts cap news profit at 0.5% per event. Instant, Instant Mini and Buy Now Pay Later accounts have no news restriction).
