What the rules mean in practice
- There is no evaluation. You trade a funded $50K account from day one, so the loss limits are the only rules between you and a payout.
- On any single day you can lose up to $1,000 (2%). Check Maven's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $1,500 (3%). This is equity trailing drawdown: the loss limit rises with your highest equity, including open profit, so it follows unrealised gains too.
- Consistency rule: Best trade must be no more than 15% of total profit
- At a 70% split, you need about 0.63% return on the funded account to earn back the $220 fee.
- Payouts: one payout only, requested within the 24-hour trading window.
- Only one trade can be open at a time, and the account is breached if floating loss exceeds 1% of the balance.
- A payout requires at least 3% profit, and profit from trades closed within 150 seconds is removed.
- Instant Mini is not on the FAQ's list of programs whose fee is refunded.
- There is no inactivity rule on this account.
