What the rules mean in practice
- There is no evaluation. You trade a funded $5K account from day one, so the loss limits are the only rules between you and a payout.
- On any single day you can lose up to $100 (2%). Check Maven's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $150 (3%). This is equity trailing drawdown: the loss limit rises with your highest equity, including open profit, so it follows unrealised gains too.
- Consistency rule: Best day must be no more than 20% of profitable-day totals in the payout cycle
- At the starting 80% split, you need about 0.48% return on the funded $5K account to earn back the $19 fee, before any other charges.
- Payouts: on demand once profit reaches 3% and the consistency score is met.
- The 3% maximum loss trails the highest running equity.
- The account is breached if floating loss exceeds 1% of the current balance.
- News trading is unrestricted.
- The $50K and $100K sizes are not sold in Malaysia.
- The help center does not state a minimum number of trading days for Instant Funding.
