What the rules mean in practice

  • There are 2 phases. Phase 1 needs $8,000 profit (8%); Phase 2 needs $5,000 profit (5%). The loss limits apply in every phase.
  • On any single day you can lose up to $3,000 (3%). Check The5ers's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
  • The account fails if you lose $10,000 (10%). This is static drawdown: the loss limit is fixed at a set distance below your starting balance and never moves.
  • Consistency rule: No consistency rule in evaluation; 50% best-day rule on the funded account
  • At a 80% split, you need about 0.22% return on the funded account to earn back the $179 fee.
  • Payouts: per payout cycle; cycle length not stated on the Summer Plan pages.
  • Limited-time Summer Plan offer; same rules as the 10/5 version except an 8% Phase 1 target and a higher fee.
  • Payout cap is $2,000 per cycle on 100K and $3,000 on 200K, with a $250 minimum.
  • Up to 2 accounts of each 100K version can be held at once.
