What the rules mean in practice
- There are 2 phases. Phase 1 needs $8,000 profit (8%); Phase 2 needs $4,000 profit (4%). The loss limits apply in every phase.
- On any single day you can lose up to $4,000 (4%). Check FundedNext's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $8,000 (8%). This is static drawdown: the loss limit is fixed at a set distance below your starting balance and never moves.
- Consistency rule: None on the default cycle; 40% best-day rule on the on-demand payout option
- At a 80% split, you need about 0.5% return on the funded account to earn back the $399.99 fee.
- The 10-day payout cycle and 2 minimum trading days apply to accounts bought or reset from 12 October 2026. Earlier accounts keep 5 minimum days, a first payout after 21 days and then every 14 days.
- The help centre describes the cycle as 10 business days; the website pricing table lists it as 10 days.
- As on Stellar 2-Step, a 3-profitable-day option at 60% or an on-demand option at 90% can be chosen at checkout instead of the default 80% cycle.
- The challenge fee is refunded with the third reward. Stellar Lite has no 15% challenge reward.
- A paid add-on (+25% on price) raises the maximum loss from 8% to 10%.
- Stellar Lite uses the regular scale-up plan, not FundedNext Pro, and funded Lite allocation is capped at $200K.
- Forex and oil commission is $7 per lot on this model, against $5 on Stellar 1-Step and 2-Step.
- The $5K size is advertised at $29.99 with code STRTN against a $32.99 list price. The site tags the $100K Lite plan as Popular.
