What the rules mean in practice
- There is no evaluation. You trade a funded $25K account from day one, so the loss limits are the only rules between you and a payout.
- On any single day you can lose up to $750 (3%). Check AquaFunded's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $1,250 (5%). This is end-of-day trailing drawdown: the loss limit moves up once a day, based on your end-of-day balance, and ignores swings during the session.
- Consistency rule: Best day must be under 15% of total profit
- At a 90% split, you need about 0.76% return on the funded account to earn back the $172 fee.
- Payouts: every 14 days (on demand with a paid add-on)
- At each 00:00 UTC reset, the maximum loss limit is set 5% of the starting balance below the higher of balance or equity. It only moves up.
- A floating loss of 1% of the starting balance counts as a strike: the first cuts the split to 50%, the second to 25%, and the third ends the account.
- These rules apply to accounts bought from 8 September 2026. Older accounts use a 3% trailing maximum loss and a 20% consistency rule.
- The website pricing table shows prices a few cents below the checkout list prices used here (for example $505 vs $505.33 for 100K).
