What the rules mean in practice
- There is no evaluation. You trade a funded $25K account from day one, so the loss limits are the only rules between you and a payout.
- On any single day you can lose up to $750 (3%). Check AquaFunded's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $1,500 (6%). This is equity trailing drawdown: the loss limit rises with your highest equity, including open profit, so it follows unrealised gains too.
- Consistency rule: Best day must be under 20% of total profit for accounts bought from 8 September 2026 (15% before that date)
- At a 90% split, you need about 0.82% return on the funded account to earn back the $185.34 fee.
- Payouts: every 14 days (on demand with a paid add-on)
- The 6% maximum loss trails the highest equity reached, including floating profit, and never moves down.
- The account is closed if combined floating loss reaches 2% of the starting balance (1% on $300K and $400K).
- The 20% consistency rule is described as a limited-time change.
- The pricing table says the first payout is on demand and later ones bi-weekly. The help center lists on-demand payouts as a paid add-on.
