What the rules mean in practice
- To pass, grow the $50K account by $4,500 (9%) without breaking a loss limit.
- On any single day you can lose up to $1,500 (3%). Check AquaFunded's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $3,000 (6%). This is equity trailing drawdown: the loss limit rises with your highest equity, including open profit, so it follows unrealised gains too.
- Consistency rule: None
- At a 90% split, you need about 0.62% return on the funded account to earn back the $281.08 fee.
- Payouts: every 14 days (every 7 days with a paid add-on)
- The 6% maximum loss trails the highest recorded balance or equity.
- Daily loss is 3% of the higher of balance or equity at the 00:00 UTC reset, not of the starting balance.
- WaveStop applies on the funded account.
- The pricing table lists 'first reward in 7 days, then bi-weekly', while the help center describes 7-day payouts as a paid add-on.
