What the rules mean in practice
- To pass, grow the $25K account by $2,500 (10%) without breaking a loss limit.
- On any single day you can lose up to $750 (3%). Check Propr's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $1,500 (6%). This is static drawdown: the loss limit is fixed at a set distance below your starting balance and never moves.
- Consistency rule: None
- At a 80% split, you need about 1.38% return on the funded account to earn back the $275 fee.
- Payouts: on demand with no waiting period, a $20 minimum and all positions closed; each payout sweeps all profit and resets the balance to the starting amount.
- The 6% maximum drawdown is fixed from the starting balance and never moves.
- The 3% daily loss is a share of the balance at 00:00 UTC; both limits are checked against equity, including floating P&L.
- The same limits carry over to the funded account, which has no profit target.
- The evaluation passes automatically as soon as equity reaches the target, which can happen in one trade.
