What the rules mean in practice
- To pass, grow the $25K account by $2,250 (9%) without breaking a loss limit.
- On any single day you can lose up to $750 (3%). Check My Funded Perps's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $750 (3%). This is static drawdown: the loss limit is fixed at a set distance below your starting balance and never moves.
- Consistency rule: None
- At a 80% split, you need about 0.5% return on the funded account to earn back the $100 fee.
- Payouts: one request per New York calendar day once at least $100 of gross profit is available in the cycle.
- The static floor locks permanently at the starting balance after the first withdrawal.
- Exposure caps apply to combined open notional across accounts in the same plan and size group.
- Free $1K and $2.5K Select accounts are given away in promotions; they pay out in store credit only at 90%.
