What the rules mean in practice
- To pass, grow the $50K account by $4,000 (8%) without breaking a loss limit.
- On any single day you can lose up to $1,250 (2.5%). Check E8 Perpetuals's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $4,000 (8%). This is static drawdown: the loss limit is fixed at a set distance below your starting balance and never moves.
- Consistency rule: No best-day rule; only 2% of the initial balance per day counts toward the target and payouts (daily profit cap)
- At a 80% split, you need about 0.57% return on the funded account to earn back the $228 fee.
- Payouts: daily, once at least 1% of the initial balance has been made since the last payout.
- Prices above are for the pre-set 8% static drawdown with an 80% payout share.
- 6% and 10% static drawdown tiers are also sold, with a target equal to the drawdown; a $100K account lists at $468 (6%) and $539 (10%) at 80% payout, and at $586 for 8% with a 100% payout share.
- Each payout request releases half of the accumulated profit; the payout share applies to that half and the other half stays in the account as a drawdown buffer.
- After the first payout the static drawdown floor moves up to the starting balance and stays there.
- Profit above 2% of the initial balance in one day is removed at rollover and does not count toward the target or payouts.
- The configurator offers 80% or 100% payout for E8 Pro, matching the product overview; the custom-account article also lists 90% and a $150K size, neither of which the configurator showed on the check date.
- E8 Pro accounts cannot be merged.
