What the rules mean in practice

  • To pass, grow the $25K account by $2,500 (10%) without breaking a loss limit.
  • On any single day you can lose up to $750 (3%). Check Breakout's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
  • The account fails if you lose $1,500 (6%). This is static drawdown: the loss limit is fixed at a set distance below your starting balance and never moves.
  • Consistency rule: None
  • At a 80% split, you need about 1.08% return on the funded account to earn back the $215 fee.
  • Payouts: on demand at any time once all positions are closed, with a $50 minimum after the split.
  • The 6% maximum drawdown is fixed from the starting balance and applies in the evaluation and on the funded account.
  • The 3% daily loss is set from the balance at 00:30 UTC (open positions excluded) and breaches are checked against equity.
  • The 90/10 split upgrade adds 20% to the fee, for example $960 instead of $800 at $100K.
  • Classic is not sold at $200K; Breakout caps it at $100K because of its wider drawdown.
