On funded accounts no new exposure may be added from 10 to 2 minutes before a high-impact release, and no manual trades are allowed from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after; company earnings count for stock markets). SizeProp: allowed (The help centre lists news trading as allowed and names no restricted windows).
